Rates:

 

One on one, in-home/office training:

There are varied price points depending on factors such as time and location. Please call Shauna for a personal quote. Rates are comparable to that of training sessions at a quality gym, but without the membership fees, or sign up fees.

*And without ever having to...go to the gym.

 

Sessions are contracted at 50 minutes, which consist of a 5 minute warm-up, stretching, core strengthening, followed by your own individual work out specific to your goals and needs. After the 50 minute session, I ask that clients complete at least 20 minutes of cardio of your choice. ie: eliptical, treadmill, swimming, dancing, out-door jogging, pogo-stick, hokie pokie, etc.

 

Out of area, after hours, and multiple client/group sessions available at varied rates. Please inquire.
