VISION

 My passion and life's work is to help as many women as possible. I believe that as women, so much of the time we put others needs first, and our health, and personal goals sometimes get neglected. When we take care of our bodies and our health, we have so much more to give, and so many more happy years feeling good enjoying the people and activities that we love. Women are great communicators, and I love that when I help women and teach them about health and nutrition, they share it with others (friends, family, children). In this way, I'd like to think that little by little together we can make a big difference.  As a native of our beautifully diverse San Francisco Bay Area, you can expect a culturally sensitive approach to your fitness plan. I look forward to getting to know you. 

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Most of my clients prefer working out in the privacy of their homes. As a committed, dedicated professional I can provide a workout that is efficient and personal in the comfort of your own space. I bring all the equipment necessary to achieve your goals.

           CORPORATE FITNESS

I also provide services for working women in the workplace. Some of my clients have offices where workouts can be completed and in some cases, conference rooms or coprorate gyms have also been used to complete workouts. Please get prior permission from your company gym, I bring all the equipment necessary.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

I can also provide personal training for small groups of up to 5 people. There are  benefits to training with friends and sharing common goals and the moral support of friends can definately help some people reach results faster. In most cases I can bring the equipment necessary for up to 5 people at a time.  

           MUSCLE TONE

 

With muscle toning comes a reduction of body fat and weight. There is a terrific upward spiral that takes place as the more muscle you have the more fat you burn! The reduction of weight on the body’s frame consequently results in improved overall health by benefiting the heart, joints, cardiovascular, pulmanary, and the skeletal system. People with lean bodies have more stamina, increased energy, and more flexibility. For the women I train, this NEVER equates to "Bulky"

           CORE STRENGTH

 

 A strong core is absolutely necessary to building that lean body and staying healthy and safe. Benefits include better posture, less back pain/discomfort, protection of your spinal chord which is the essential message center between your brain and body, and improved balance and stability.
