“I have worked with Shauna for two months. When I started, I was barely able to hold a 20 second prone plank, now I can hold it for more than two minutes. I have seriously improved my overall strength. Shauna is very diligent about keeping track of the muscles she exercises and varying them every session. She is a dedicated trainer who challenges you while keeping it fun and motivates you to do better. She also closely monitors form and breathing to prevents injuries while maximizing results.

Shauna's personal training sessions have made a big difference in my fitness and I would highly recommend her.
